Roger Gerdes

Co-founder & CEO

Chief Executive Officer

With Roger at the helm, Incluudsoft is not just keeping pace with the tech world—it’s setting the rhythm. As a seasoned executive and visionary; his career has deep enterprise experience in the areas of sales, marketing, product management, consulting, and executive management. Prior to Incluudsoft, he co-founded Azaleos, an award-winning remote management services company specializing in advanced management for Microsoft’s Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync technologies. The venture’s progressive successes would eventually lead to the company being acquired by Avenade.  That was preceded by a career at Microsoft where he established new and underperforming business to billion-dollar divisions, and a CEO in residence for turnarounds. Roger is a private pilot and has served on the boards of two privately held software companies while being an interim restructuring CEO. He’s a passionate supporter of women and children shelter’s and St. Vincent de Paul. In his free time family comes first, followed by an appropriate mix of golfing, skiing, fly fishing and ice hockey.   

Sarah Gerdes

Executive Vice Preseident of Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing

As co-founder and guiding force behind the initiatives driving Incluudsoft’s opportunities and momentum, Sarah is the lead architect of the company’s business development, alliances and go-to-market efforts. She is an internationally recognized expert in business partnerships, her work with G50 such as Microsoft, IBM, HBO, Amazon equally successful as startups and the business development groups of Ireland and Britain. She’s facilitated over $400 million in capital raises and guided companies from inception to acquisition. A recipient of numerous business and entrepreneurship awards, her successes have been featured in Fortune, Inc., Entrepreneur, and The Economist, and she’s been recognized and spoken at prestigious institutions like Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. Her extracurricular activities veer to writing, with ten of her 23 books in fiction and trade reaching  number one in their category. She is passionate in her service to the community through church and family history work and at-risk youth. 

Rick Gauthier
CIO

Chief Information Officer

Rick is Incluudsoft’s Chief Information Officer, leading the company’s technology solutions with his deep expertise as a top-tier engineer and architect. He has held pivotal technology leadership roles with major U.S. and global IT organizations, including Microsoft and Amazon. At Amazon, Rick played a key role in successfully integrating over $10 billion in acquisitions within the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Previously, he had responsibility for complex engineering ecosystems while at Microsoft, such as secure source environments and a 10,000-node pre-Azure virtual test lab. His work pioneered cutting-edge global products and services that reshaped the landscape at Microsoft and Amazon.  Rick has been past Board President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Western Washington & Alaska, serving with passion since 2013. Outside of his tech career, Rick began diving at 16 and stopped counting his dives in 1993 after reaching 1700 dives. As a master diver, instructor, and treasure hunter, he contributed to recovery efforts on the famed Spanish Galleon Nuestra Señora de Atocha in the Florida Keys, and always has his gear ready.

Chris Grant

Chief Strategy Officer

Chris’s multifaceted career spans entrepreneurship, strategic consulting, and executive leadership, positioning him as a valuable resource to help Incluudsoft navigate and map the seas of innovation. As a senior analyst for Capstone Strategic, his work involved leading executives to analyze financial, qualitative and quantitative data to develop a strategic roadmap for realignment of a $1B travel services company. He represented a $1B energy client, initiating discussions with C-level executives of privately held and publicly traded companies on the potential divestiture of energy assets. Beyond his professional achievements, Chris is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of business leaders. He has served on the advisory board for the Harry F. Byrd School of Business, Institute for Entrepreneurship at Shenandoah University, and frequently shares his knowledge through guest lectures. He also has a passionate love of music, his musical gifts discovered as an eight-year-old flute prodigy who is considered a master artist in his field. 

Jed Fochtman

Chief Financial Officer

Jed is a CPA bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the fields of accounting and corporate finance including extensive experience in international business, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and strategic planning. Among his key accomplishments, he has orchestrated numerous high-profile M&A deals, from nimble startups to behemoth billion-dollar enterprises; has guided over a thousand businesses through complex financings, surpassing the $800 million mark; and has steered two companies to successful public offerings, highlighting his ability to transform private entities into market players.  His strategic insights and meticulous approach have been instrumental in navigating challenging market conditions and maximizing business outcomes. Outside of work, Jed enjoys hiking the Appalachian Trail with his dogs.

Chief Experience Officer

As Incluudsoft’s CXO, Chris brings blends of creativity and strategic acumen, his expertise spans marketing strategy, brand licensing and product management. Chris has spent a career shaping iconic brands across various industries through marketing, brand licensing, and product development. As VP of Marketing at Wham-O, Chris breathed new life into beloved products like Frisbee and Slip ‘N Slide. His tenure at Signatures Network (now LiveNation) saw him negotiating game-changing deals for music legends including Madonna and The Beatles. At IGT, he co-led efforts to bring Hollywood blockbusters to the casino floor through strategic partnerships with major studios like CBS, Paramount Pictures, and Universal Pictures.  At Incluudsoft, Chris leads the charge in creating a world-class customer experience for retail CMOs, store general managers and the consumers. Outside the retail world, Chris is motivated by giving service to his fellow man, focusing on low-income individuals at risk for homelessness, for years serving with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and other organizations.
